ASSOCIATE FINANCIAL ANALYST
Spectrum Financial Alliance (SFA) is seeking a highly motivated Associate Financial Analyst to join our team (upon May 2025 graduation, if a graduating senior). This individual will serve an important role for a rapidly-growing, elite wealth management firm.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to use tools such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and basic office equipment. The successful candidate will help ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day servicing of client accounts and be ready to learn from a team of experienced and wealth managers and CFPs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (May 2025 graduation accepted) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Management, or other similar discipline
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Strong work ethic
- In-person job duties in our offices in Nicholasville, KY
- Must be able to pass a credit & criminal background check
Roles & Responsibilities
- Complete trade confirms as needed daily.
- Assist with client matters.
- Execute trades as directed by the Managing Principal. Serve as second eyes for trades.
- Generate and distribute Performance reports including model portfolios, client performance data and SFA-level reports.
- Build and maintain Excel documents as requested.
- Complete project work as delegated (e.g., cost basis, ROR mailings, RMD, Options, etc.).
- Assist Director of Client Onboarding with processing of checks to Schwab.
- Assist in the creation of investment proposal documents as needed.
- Report changes in AUM daily.
- Maintain entries regarding client contacts.
- Assist as needed with paperwork that needs to be completed for account openings and maintenance.
- Work with all staff to keep digital documents updated and organized.
- Complete any filing that needs to be completed.
- Answer incoming client/vendor calls.
- Assist with general operations and account management.
