Job Responsibilities:
- Create company-wide and targeted communications in support of IT projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and managers to support their role in change management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management.
- Familiarity with Prosci methodology.
- Graduate degree or higher in Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Experience with large global projects and digital transformation is a plus.
- Highly skilled in Unily social intranet software development.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with large-scale global projects.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
