Lexmark is looking for a talented and experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our team and help us navigate large-scale changes with ease and expertise.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and managers to support their role in change management.
Job Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management.
Familiarity with Proscimethodology.
Graduate degree or higher in Organizational Psychology or a related field.
Experience with large global projects and digital transformation is a plus.
Highly skilled in Unily social intranet software development.
Soft Skills :
Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsto all levels of the organization.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with large-scale global projects.
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
