Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Answering incoming phone calls and making outgoing phone calls on a multi-line phone system
- Scheduling appointments and reserving rental cars for customers
- Acquiring signatures on authorization / POA forms
- Creating files and opening repair orders
- Taking cash, check and credit card payments
- Scanning documents into electronic system
- Customer service experience required
- Must be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds program preferred but not required
- Must have positive and professional attitude
