Responsibilities
- Handle all coming phone calls
- Cashier will handle payments from service customers
- Transfer calls to the appropriate parties, service advisors, parts department, etc.
- Schedule appointments for customers with Special order parts.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and pose. When necessary, refer a dissatisfied customer to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
- Answer online chat communications
