Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and accurately respond to incoming phone and internet sales leads
- Build rapport and strong customer relationships to generate appointments and conversions
- Use CRM software for efficient prospecting and consistent follow-up
- Actively participate in training to develop in-depth product knowledge
- Deliver a luxury-level experience to every guest
Qualifications:
- Dependable team player with a positive and enthusiastic outlook
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and professional presentation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
