Job Responsibilities:
- Call/email/text to our current and prior lease/purchase clients to schedule appointments for a vehicle upgrade program.
- Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience that fosters loyalty.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention and loyalty.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer retention, customer success, or a related role.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
