Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree (preference for a focus in Technology Services or Computer Science)
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Practical Workday Administration Experience
Working knowledge of Workday HCM, Talent, and other respective Workday modules
Working knowledge with ADP and other payroll applications
Working knowledge of PM tools such as MS Project
Strong knowledge of all MS Office tools
Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on attention to detail
Ability to work constructively and independently under stress and pressure in a fast paced, multi-tasking, confidential environment
Ability to interact positively and openly with colleagues and external business contacts, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate, collaborate, and partner with colleagues across the organization, regardless of level
Ability to work effectively with global teams while addressing the challenges of remote communication
Ability and willingness to travel as travel up to 10% may be required both domestically and internationally.

- Serves as the local go-to subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and resolving user issues.
- Acts as Workday point of contact for local HR teams located in our different geographical areas in the US.
- Provides excellent service to internal HR teams, ensuring that their questions and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently with HRIS Corporate team.
- Maintains and update HRIS Workday (ex: Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, and Locations), ensuring its alignment with organizational needs and Corporate HRIS administrator.
- Develops and administers workflows to help support business processes, translating business objectives and user needs into detailed technical requirements.
- Ensures system requirements and functionality are properly implemented and maintained to satisfy workflows, approvals, thresholds, etc. to properly align Budget assumptions within HR systems to ensure proper adherence to Budgets.
- Conducts continuous system audits and identify areas for improvement in system performance and user experience.
- Analyzes, identifies, and directs solutions to eliminate problems, improve user effectiveness, and improve system accuracy
- Identifies issues with the quality and performance of Workday business process and proposes improvements
- Builds and monitors Workday generated alerts and reports
- Creates custom dashboards with actionable insights based on management level
- Assists with monitoring connections to existing systems integrated with Workday, as well as implement new or improved connections as needed by the business
- Ensures compliance and gathers necessary security policies documenting proper internal security controls
- Conducts data quality review campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency of data in the system.
- Proactively identify and address data discrepancies, working closely with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Prepare materials and conduct training for local employees, HR, and management teams.
- Leverages Corporate HRIS and Workday Community and experiential knowledge to resolve complex, escalated issues
- Generates monthly, quarterly, annual reports for local and global functions as needed from multiple data sources
- Creates, updates, and maintains the "step-by-step" user guides on the different modules following configuration changes or various Workday releases (in coordination with HRIS Corporate team).
- Provides support for non-regression testing related to Workday releases
- Participates in system improvements related to Workday
- Interacts regularly with the HRIS Corporate team, Finance and IT.
