Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management to join our Data Products team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and transforming our data assets to drive the next generation of advertising solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, governance, and application in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize our ad stack.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Strategy Development : Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives and product vision.
- Data Governance : Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Product Management : Oversee the development and management of data products, including data types, formats, and potential use cases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams to make data accessible across the organization and drive data integration into various product lines.
- Vision for ML and AI : Develop and implement a vision for leveraging ML and AI technologies to process data and enhance the ad stack.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure the delivery of valuable data solutions.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
