Bid Desk Coordinator- Temporary
Role & Responsibilities:
- Refresh bid pricing when model standard pricing changes
- Accurate distribution of bids to all interested parties
- Fully understand workings of B2B GERP system and make process improvement recommendations to Bid Desk Lead
- Follow up on expired quotations
- Coach internal and external customers on Bid Process and requirements
- Confirm Competitor information
Required Skills
- HS Diploma or GED (BA/BS preferred)
- 2 years of analytical skills
- Detail Oriented
- Organizational skills
- Follow up
- Prior Customer service experience
- Financial or previous sales support experience,
- Business acumen
- Understanding of pricing and promotions highly desirable
