We partner with some of the more recognizable car brands in the world.Job Summary : As a Human Resources intern at LG Energy Solution, you will focus on specific process improvement projects that directly, support the 2024 corporate strategy with project-oriented task at our state of the art Lithium-Ion battery plant in Holland, MI.This position will be responsible for work that includes : Supporting HR department with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, spreadsheets and reportsUpdating ERP systems with training recordsScheduling training sessions and distributing materialsSetting up orientation for new hiresMaintaining inventory of training materialsGains exposure to domestic and international operations within HR and knowledge of LGESMI practicesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications : Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration-Junior or Senior standingMinimum GPA requirement of 3.0 GPA or higherSkillsExcellent communication skills : verbal, written, presentationMicrosoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPointAbility to be flexible and adapt to new task and projectsStrong attention to detail with high degree of accuracyAbility to handle sensitive information while maintaining high degree of confidentialityOur team members are leading the electric vehicle industry in a technically advanced manufacturing environment.
