What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at LG Express, Inc.?
LG Express, Inc. is looking for a customer service representative. We are an e-commerce fulfillment warehouse. We pack and ship an average of 4,000 daily packages.
Main tasks will include:
* Create daily batches.
* Audit inventory twice per month.
* Print labels for order processing.
* Answer customer inquiries via message. We communicate with our customers via chats using WhatsApp, Skype, WeChat, etc. You will not be talking on the phone.
* Must be comfortable using google sheets, excel, and word.
Our schedule is Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
We pay twice per month on the 15th & last day of the month.
