Job Description

Job Functions :

Set up, operate, and program CNC Machines (Mills, Lathes & other equipment)

Conduct trial runs, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional standards

Maintain and update CNC Programs and related documentation

Collaborate with engineers, production planners, and quality control personnel to resolve machining issues and improve processes

Modify parts and materials to improve overall production

Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed

Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments

Qualifications :

Live Tooling Experience Required

Experience with setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC lathes with live tooling to ensure accurate machining.

Experience using precision measuring instruments. (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.)

Strong knowledge of G-code programming and ability to make minor edits as needed.
