Job Opportunities : CNC Lathe Operator & Senior CNC Machinist

Location : Brea, CA

Shift : 2nd Shift - 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 00 PM (CNC Lathe Operator)

Compensation :

CNC Lathe Operator : $25-32 / hour
Senior CNC Machinist : $30-45 / hour (based on experience)

We are seeking two skilled professionals to join our growing team : a CNC Lathe Operator with live tooling experience and a Senior CNC Machinist. If you have the technical expertise and passion for machining, we want to hear from you!

CNC Lathe Operator (Live Tooling Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities :

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes with live tooling to ensure precise machining.

Work with various materials and understand their machining requirements.

Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to ensure high-quality output.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of G-code programming and make minor edits as required.

Requirements :

Proven experience in CNC lathe operations, with live tooling expertise.

Strong understanding of material types and machining techniques.

Proficiency with measuring tools and G-code programming.

Senior CNC Machinist

Key Responsibilities :

Setup, operate, program, and troubleshoot CNC machinery including both mills and lathes (multi-axis machining, live tooling).

Write and edit G-code programs for efficiency and quality.

Manage complex setups, including fixture design and tool selection.

Lead and mentor a team of machinists, providing training as needed.

Requirements :

8 years of experience in CNC machining (mills and lathes).

Advanced experience with G-code programming and editing.

Strong background in multi-axis machining and live tooling.

Proven ability to handle complex setups and job management.

Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
