Job Summary:
You will play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing the onboarding and compliance of temporary staff, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and employees. Working closely with our sales and operations teams, you will drive business growth, manage staffing events, and resolve escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the onboarding of new employees, ensuring compliance with all background check requirements and company policies.
- Client Management: Collaborate with Sales Managers to assist in the acquisition and management of new business accounts.
- Client & Staff Experience: Ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and temporary staff, fostering positive relationships and addressing concerns as needed.
- Timesheet & Payroll Processing: Collect and verify timesheets, ensuring accurate payroll processing for temporary staff.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly handle escalated issues to ensure client satisfaction and staff well-being.
- Data Management: Perform extensive data entry and maintain Vendor Management Systems (VMS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Event Staffing & Management: Oversee event staffing, ensuring all staffing requirements are met and executed seamlessly.
- Client Check-ins: Conduct on-site visits with clients to ensure service satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Temporary Staff Management: Supervise and manage temporary staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Service Expansion: Identify opportunities to increase client usage of services, contributing to business growth.
Qualifications:
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving goals and driving results.
- Industry Experience: Significant experience in the hospitality industry or a related field. Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Staffing Manager.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, including data entry and management.
- Compliance Expertise: Knowledge of compliance and onboarding requirements for temporary staff. Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is preferred.
- Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed and grow.
- Team Management: Ability to manage, motivate, and guide temporary staff.
- Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays on a rotating on-call basis to support client needs and events.
Compensation:
- Starting pay will be hourly during the training period.
- Transition to a weekly salary after training, with performance-based commissions available.
- Mileage reimbursement for travel within the client territory.
