Salaried Position with additional monthly Commissions based on Branch Sales.
Qualifications
- ·Highly sales focused with proven track record of performance ( Min 5 Years
- Experience in prospecting, in-person meetings & heavy phone work.
- Experienced in Branch Management
- Hospitality or Sales Experience
- A passion for providing exceptional service and solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills
- Strong relationship building skills

- Competitive in nature
- Associates Degree or Above
Responsibilities
· Promoting our company and services to both potential clients and candidates.
· Meeting weekly sales and business standards by planning and implementing sales strategies through sales calls, and in person meetings
· Creating and following set action plans on a monthly and quarterly basis for performance evaluations.
· Hiring, Training, and leading a Team
· Managing the Recruitment and Hiring of new temporary and temp-to-hire candidates
· Matching employees with clients to fulfill their staffing needs.
· Performing on-site visits and check-ins with our clients.
· General office duties including payroll, answering phones, and emails.
· Updating and utilization of multiple databases.
