LGI Homes is seeking a Land Acquisitions Manager in the Jacksonville area.

The Land Acquisitions Manager is responsible for securing multi-million-dollar development deals through the acquisition of residential lots and land in our Jacksonville market. This role will negotiate and execute all contracts for land acquisitions and underwrite all acquisitions the LGI way.
This position will manage all potential acquisition budgets and costs and recruit, train, and manage additional staff as needed. Some travel may be required.
The Land Acquisitions Manager must have over 5 years of relevant experience in the homebuilding industry. A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
