The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the businesses’ key financial drivers.
Responsibilities
- Review monthly financial outputs from Global teams and conduct variance and trend analysis
- Partner with Global teams and stakeholders to define/enhance procedure and policy documents and refine US financial planning solutions
- Production of timely financial materials for Management, inclusive of revenue/expense analysis, AUM trend and investor flows detail
- Work with Finance Manager to regularly review expenses and provide insight regarding variances to budget by business area
- Assist in the annual planning/budget process
- Involvement in Finance projects as they arise
- Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 2-4 years’ experience working in asset management, accounting consulting, audit, or corporate finance advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
