Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in eliciting requirements, business process re-engineering, and developing well-structured system requirement documents. The candidate should also have a strong background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and be proficient in designing mockups and wireframes conforming to UX best practices. Strong communication, facilitation, and organization skills are essential for this role.
Minimum Requirements : Candidates must meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications to be considered :
- 8 Years Experience eliciting requirements from customer interviews and creating well-written system requirements documents.
- 8 Years Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 8 Years Experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement.
- 8 Years Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices.
- 8 Years Experience designing mockups and wireframes that adhere to UX best practices.
- 5 Years Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills.
- 5 Years Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills.
- Preferred Qualifications : The following experience is preferred but not required :
- 3 Years Documented experience with requirements management software such as Modern Requirements.
- 3 Years Documented experience with issue tracking software such as Atlassian Jira.
