Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) Developer to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of a Salesforce-based analytics platform. The primary focus will be on building new KPI dashboards and expanding existing ones using data streams sourced from Heroku. Ideal for developers passionate about data visualization and CRM intelligence.

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on experience exclusively in CRM Analytics (CRMA)-not general Salesforce development.
• Salesforce CRM Analytics and Discovery Consultant certification is a must.
• Familiar with change set deployments, community cloud, and managing complex data filters.
• Proficient in relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
• Hands-on expertise with SAQL, JSON, Dataflows, and bindings.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional CRMA features and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a technical field.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute technical and architectural tasks associated with CRM Analytics solutions.
• Design and enhance interactive KPI dashboards using CRM Analytics.
• Build and maintain processes to ensure high data quality and consistency within the application.
• Integrate and configure data sources from diverse systems for reporting and analytics.
