SUMMARY
Operates machinery to modify and change the shape and nature of metal, plastic, rubber materials to produce quality parts according to a schedule.
Check machinery for cleanliness and proper working order adjusts as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a limited number of machines/ presses in manufacture of products.
- Understand basic blueprints and use measuring instruments.
- Verify materials, prints, tools, and dies per work order.
- Performs routine maintenance on equipment. Maintains clean and orderly work area.
- Familiarity with Die Cutting a plus.
- May perform other duties of a related nature as assigned.
