About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our home health care team, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
Using your expertise in physical therapy, you will develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving and enhancing patients' well-being. Your role will also involve observing and reporting patients' responses to treatment, as well as providing education and support to patients and their families/caregivers.
