Job Description
We are seeking a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Home Health team in Madison, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes to restore them to their fullest physical ability.
- Follow the treatment plan set by the supervising OT and state laws governing occupational therapy assistants.
- Instruct and aid patients in evidence-based treatment within the scope of the occupational therapy assistant.
- Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition to the supervising OT, nurse supervisor, and/or physician.
Requirements
- Current OTA licensure in the state
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
