- Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
