Pediatric Home Health Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team in Saint Rose, Louisiana. This is a full-time day and night position available for 12 hour shifts with case-specific enhanced pay rates for 8-12 shifts per week.
Job Summary:
- Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards
- Develop and revise individualized plans of care and/or service plans according to federal and/or state program requirements
- Ensure plan of care frequency and duration meets the needs of the patient and initiates plan of care revisions as needed with physician approval
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
- Experience in home health or pediatrics preferred
