What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Manager position at LHC Group?
Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong business partnerships with internal clients and will lead the full life cycle recruitment process for openings across multiple locations. This individual will be responsible for developing broad and market-specific sourcing channels and utilizing our recruitment technologies to ensure an effective and efficient process. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for day- to-day supervision of a team of recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct a team of recruiters.
- Provide data insight into source effectiveness, recruiting pipeline and analysis on filled production.
- Hold recruiters accountable to meeting their baseline expectations while driving quality service levels.
- Maintain and improve team touch points to include weekly meetings, 1:1 meetings.
- Independently drive recruiters and markets with aggressive recruiting strategies in locations that have demand and low talent supply, critical recruiting needs, staffing shortages.
- Partner with vendors including but not limited to Indeed, VideoStudio, TextRecruit, MyCNA jobs, Circa, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AppCast and others to ensure an effective sourcing strategy while maintaining a high ROI for the respective service line.
- Proactively source and recruit for talent to fill recruiter openings with a just in time recruiting model.
- Leverage internal resources to independently solve issues for the team to include but not limited to (IT, Marketing, HR Systems, Quality, Legal, Compliance, HR).
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide solutions to Talent and HR leadership.
- Provide training, coaching, and development to direct reports while providing a culture of positivity, support and accountability leading to high engagement.
- Lead talent programs as assigned.
- Any additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 6 years recruitment and 3 years management experience.
