Accounting Analyst
Pay : $25 / hr – $32 / hr (DOE)
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM - hybrid schedule, work from home 2 days a week
We’re looking for a Reconciliations Accounting Analyst to join our client’s team in Tempe. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with at least three years of corporate accounting experience, particularly in handling complex, high-volume reconciliations. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and highly skilled in Excel, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do :
Perform general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare and post journal entries to resolve discrepancies
Work with large financial datasets, organizing and analyzing them in Excel for reconciliation purposes
Manage high-volume, transaction-heavy reconciliations with a strong understanding of accounting principles
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to gather necessary data and ensure reconciliation accuracy
Maintain detailed reconciliation records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
What We’re Looking For :
3 years of corporate accounting experience, specifically with reconciliations
Strong understanding of general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions preferred) for data manipulation and analysis
Excellent analytical skills and a strong eye for detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance ideal
Pay Details : $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
