LHH has partnered with a Tempe, Arizona based Oil and Gas industry company in their search to bring on a contracted Rebate Analyst Specialist. This is a fulltime role (40 hours a week) that will be 60% on site. Wonderful opportunity to join a great team!
This role is 60% ONSITE in TEMPE, AZ - YOU MUST ALREADY LIVE IN AZ TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE - ARE YOU WILLING TO COMMUTE DAILY TO Postal code : 85284
Pay : Up to $22 / hr .
Key responsibilities :
Work with Category Managers to determine correct program and rates
Set up Accruals in Rebate Manager
Maintain Accruals in Rebate Manager - New items - rate changes etc.
Set up Manual Accrual Sheet for programs we are not able to track in Rebate Manager and Placements
Pull Manual Accrual data for close using Cube Data
Set up Promotion Accrual Sheets
Pull Promotion Accrual data for close using Cube Data
Invoice Vendors
Repull entire time frame of data from Data Cubes
Calculate Billing
Compare Billing data to Accrual data
Create Invoice in CSI Database for TEM or Excel for COL
Add billing true up accrual to Accrual Sheet (if necessary) / Recon Entry COL
Check for previous unpaid invoices and add Past due to current invoice email to vendor
Email Invoice and back up to vendor and copy Category Manager
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred not required.
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Experience with a Large ERP Accounting Software
Pay Details : $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
