This role will assist with a variety of administrative and accounting tasks in a business casual office. The position is full time and onsite in Tulsa, OK.
Duties :
Payment posting for multiple entities
Credit card reconciliations
Order office supplies
Scanning, filing, and tracking accounting information
Assist with accounts receivable duties
Qualifications :
Associate degree preferred
2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role
Fast & accurate data entry skills
Knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills required
