We are currently seeking applicants for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a company in Greensboro. This position is responsible for entering invoices, resolving discrepancies, and assisting the accounting team with ad hoc duties.
Typical Responsibilities
Perform Data entry – entering invoices into accounting system
3 way match invoices, PO’s, and receipts
Assist in month end closing
Prepare vendor reports
Reconcile AP invoices
Ability to perform account reconciliations
Most common qualifications
Proficient in Excel
Ability to communicate effectively
Eagerness to learn and train
