We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Manager in Appleton, WI. This position is open due to a future retirement. You will be leading a team of four at a successful manufacturing organization. If you have at least two years of supervising experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Accounts Payable Manager Responsibilities:
Leading the team in entering and coding AP invoices
Process weekly payment runs
Prepare reports for senior leadership on a weekly and monthly basis
Correspond with internal departments and resolve any AP issues
Requirements:
Two or more years supervising an AP team
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required
Professional communication skills
Desire and ability to implement process improvement
