Job Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Manage intercompany billing and reconciliations.
Utilize NetSuite for accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
Perform data entry and maintain organized records of all transactions.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Generate reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience.
Proficiency in NetSuite accounting software.
Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Experience with intercompany billing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Work model:
Hybrid after training period
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
