LHH is partnering with a client in North Phoenix to find an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for professionals who excel in high-volume environments and are proficient with SAP.
Key Details :
Location : North Phoenix, AZ
Type : Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate : $24-$25 per hour
Experience Required : Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience
Responsibilities :
Process a high volume of invoices with precision and efficiency.
Utilize SAP to manage accounts payable functions.
Perform 3-way matching to verify invoice accuracy.
Maintain and manage vendor accounts, ensuring timely updates and reconciliations.
Assist with month-end close activities, including posting journal entries as needed.
Collaborate with the finance team to support accurate and timely payment processes.
Qualifications :
3 years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in SAP is required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
