LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic and growing company looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! This is a temp to hire opportunity and will pay $70K (some flex) when permanent.
Responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable Experience : Must have 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) with proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Invoice and POD Management : Upload invoices and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents into Ramp for two locations.
- Payment Processing : Process payments accurately and timely.
- Approval Management : Obtain necessary approvals for payments.
- 3-Way Match : Perform 3-way match to ensure accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
- Document Collection : Pick up PODs from two locations within walking distance.
- Reconciliation : Reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- AP Mailbox Monitoring : Monitor the Accounts Payable mailbox and respond to inquiries.
- Bank Fees Processing : Process bank fees for all bank and credit card accounts.
