- Maintaining accurate general ledger journal entries
- Preparing accounts payable invoices
- Making payments promptly
- Preparing sales and use tax returns
- Providing support for audits
- Collaborating with other departments to handle account issues
- Preparing expense reports
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
