LHH is in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to oversee invoicing and collections. Responsibilities include keeping accurate records, ensuring prompt payments, and managing client interactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently process and document incoming payments.
- Produce and send invoices and account statements.
- Follow up on late payments and resolve client payment issues.
- Reconcile accounts and compile receivables reports.
- Work closely with the finance team on managing cash flow and forecasting revenue.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records.
Qualifications :
Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
