LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable client in Indianapolis to identify an Accounts Receivable Manager for their team. With this opportunity you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 specialists.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of payments.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify and resolve outstanding issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection processes and reduce delinquency rates.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and supervise accounts receivable staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
