Our client is a manufacturing industry leader and looks for individuals who can think outside of the box and work in a high volume, fast-paced environment. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for owning the entire AP process; therefore, this individual would need to be comfortable working independently. The ideal candidate would be able to interview ASAP and start shortly after.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Review and verify invoices and payment requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies and issues.

Qualifications

Pay Details : $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
