Location : Hybrid - Alpharetta
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000 per year

About the Role :
We are currently partnering with an innovative and expanding organization to help identify great talent join their A&F team! In this role, you will manage billing, collections, and client account reviews for a $20M–$30M portfolio. You will also support month-end close activities and collaborate with a variety of teams to resolve issues and drive cash flow.
Key Responsibilities :
Billing & Cash Applications : Process invoices, review cash payments, and manage B2B collections.
Credit / Debit Memos : Process and post memos, ensuring accurate account reconciliation.
Account Review & Research : Resolve discrepancies, follow up on overdue accounts, and manually send statements.
SAP & Portals : Utilize SAP for billing and cash apps; manage client accounts through Ariba, Coupa, and other portals.
Month-End Close : Support month-end processes with potential extended hours (up to 6 / 7 PM during the last 5 days of the month).
Qualifications :
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and SAP .
Experience in B2B collections (managing a 20 million dollar portfolio) , billing, and client account management.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and resolve payment issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Additional Info :
Hybrid Schedule : Required onsite Monday and Tuesday; potential for 1-2 more days onsite.
Flexible Hours : Core hours 8 AM – 5 PM, with some flexibility (9 AM – 6 PM).
