AR Analyst

Vaco Atlanta has a fast-paced, growing client in Duluth, GA, seeking an AR Analyst.
This is a high-visibility role reducing aging receivables with a portfolio of complex accounts.

Role: AR Analyst
Location: Duluth, GA
Onsite: Hybrid
Comp: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Job Type: Direct hire, permanent.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and reconcile high-volume, complex AR accounts
• Investigate and resolve disputes, deductions, and unapplied payments
• Build and maintain detailed reports using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel
• Communicate directly with customers to understand and resolve issues
• Drive improvements across the Order-to-Cash process

What You'll Need:

• 5 years of AR, reconciliation, and cash application experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Strong Excel skills-must be confident with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or Oracle
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
