AR Billing Specialist

LHH is hiring for an AR Billing Specialist for our client located near Coppell, TX on a contract to hire basis. This position requires three plus years’ experience with client billing, creating invoices, and payment research with an eye for detail. Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely billings to customers under the direction of management team

• Assist with invoicing and draw completion on projects

• Audit contracts and create invoices for billing

• Maintain monthly AR Billing reports

• Setup new customers in our system and in their portals

• Entering all billing documents s on a timely basis

• Accurate and timely processing of invoice creation

• Audit invoices with corresponding jobs for compliance

• Prepare and send monthly statements

Qualifications:

• Associates degree, required

• 5 years construction draw experience with AIA G702 and G703 forms

• Experience with Procore, GCPay, Textura, highly preferred

• Prior construction and Timberline/Sage 300 or NetSuite are strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel (Intermediate including Pivots)

• Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external customers

• Previous experience in customer billing with an ERP system, preferably including a job cost application

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
