JOB SUMMARY: The AR / Billing Specialist is a full-time role responsible for invoicing, collections, rating and ad-hoc projects for assigned accounts. Our ideal candidate is organized and adept at maintaining accurate records, following up, and identifying and resolving collections issues.
This position is not remote and location is at our Dallas, Tx Headquarters.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring accounts for aging and soliciting payments on outstanding receivables to keep them current
- Researching payment and account discrepancies
- Ensuring correct approval, coding, and matching of invoices
- Rating – entering rates on loads from contact
- Maintaining accurate records and control reports
- Misc. projects and requests
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic Mathematical aptitude
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines
- High degree of initiative and independent execution
- Extremely organized and communicative
- Great attention to detail
- High school diploma
- Speedy and accurate 10-key data entry
- High proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Formatting)
