VP Market Data Financial Management (Hybrid)
Summary: Our client, a leading investment bank, is seeking to fill three VP Market Data Financial Management roles. These positions will support Tier 1 investment bank clients and their back-office teams with the operational aspects of banking activities and the processing of trade-related activities.
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office)
Pay: $50.71 - $53.57 per hour

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee market data financial management activities.
- Work closely with back-office teams to ensure efficient processing of trade-related activities.
- Develop and implement market data cost allocation models.
- Review and negotiate market data vendor contracts.
- Monitor market data expenses and usage to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Provide support to clients in resolving market data-related issues.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve market data management processes.
- Analyze and report on market data financials and trends.
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations or related areas.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and market data.
- Technologically adept, with proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in market data management and vendor contract negotiations is a plus.
