Job Title : HR Benefits Manager

Location : 100% Remote (Must reside in Oregon or Washington to be considered)

Pay Rate : $35-$40 per hour
Job Description :
LHH Recruitment is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR Benefits Manager to join our well-known Non-Profit client's team on a fully remote basis. This is a contract position for 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Candidates must reside in Oregon or Washington to be considered, and ideally will have 3 years of direct experience overseeing benefits inquiries within a large organization.
Responsibilities :
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees about their benefits options.
Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization to senior management.
Assist with the annual benefits renewal process and open enrollment activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records and documentation.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR management.
Background working in a large Non-Profit organization is a BIG plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Pay Details : $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
