Job Title : Benefits Specialist
Location : Onsite in Salem, Oregon
Compensation : $25-$28 per hour
Contract Duration : 2-month contract with possibility of permanent hire
Job Description :
LHH Recruitment is seeking a self-drivena and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our Non-Profit client's team in Salem, Oregon. Our client is known for helping many people and doing great things in the community! At least intermediate Excel skills are a requirement for this role, as well as 3 years of experience either coordinating or managing benefits within HR. Our client is ready to bring someone in immediately.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and provide guidance on plan options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits information.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and other third-party vendors.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits.
- Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees about their benefits.
Qualifications :
Pay Details : $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
