Benefits Specialist
LHH is looking for a Benefits Specialist for our client, a Client Services Organization with offices here in Hauppauge, NY. This person will be part of a large benefits team and assist with open enrollment process, deductions, reconciliation, FMLA and general inquiries. This person will be working 100% on-site, in person and the role will compensate between $25-27 / hr, contingent on experience.
Responsibilities :
Benefits Administration
Point of contact for all benefits / FMLA and retirement plan questions
Open enrollment
Inbound phone calls and in-person meetings with employees to go over benefits and retirement issues
Requirements :
Experience within a Benefits or HR call center experience preferred
Knowledge of pension / retirement plans helpful
Excellent customer service skills
Foreign language skills are a plus!
Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
