Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish / English)
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Spanish / English) to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in both Spanish and English across multiple communication channels, including phone calls, live chat, and email. This is a Contract role located downtown Chicago.
Responsibilities :
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints : Answer questions about products and services, troubleshoot issues, and address customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service : Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful demeanor at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively : Clearly and concisely communicate with customers in both Spanish and English via phone, live chat, email, or other channels, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Gather customer feedback : Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and customer service processes.
- Maintain accurate records : Document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in customer relationship management (CRM) systems for future reference and analysis.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
