Job Title: Implementation Specialist
Location: Edison, NJ
Type of Employment: Temporary, 6 to 9 months
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid 2 days in office
Hourly: $45-$50/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is working with a manufacturing company in Edison, NJ to hire an Implementation Specialist for a temporary timeframe of 6 – 9 months. This is a newly created role due to a project that has developed. The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience within ERP system implementation. The hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with a 1-hour lunch.

Responsibilities:
· Reports to the Global Senior Director of BI Analytics, Data Science and Engineering
· Work closely with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for utilizing Point-of-Sale data
· Record existing POS data management processes across different regions, highlighting gaps, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
· Collaborate with technical teams to convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
· Support project planning, track progress, and mitigate risks.
· Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
· Actively contribute to developing solutions that address business challenges, including potential modifications to systems or improvements in processes.
· Run workshops as needed
Required Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
· At least 5 years of system implementation experience
· Strong ERP technical skills, Oracle or SAP a plus
· Knowledge of point-of-sale analytics
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently
Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
