Duties:
Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding daily margin calls for Front Office (FO) and Over-the-Counter (OTC) Cleared positions.
Provide premium client service, addressing queries and managing relationships with internal departments.
Handle asset transfer settlements, status updates, and collateral-related inquiries.
Ensure all client margin calls are covered daily.
Resolve trade settlement queries and investigate margin call discrepancies.
Identify and escalate issues to Credit/Risk Management and Operations Management.
Book foreign exchange (FX) transactions for clients.
Manage collateral bookings, releases, and pledges.
Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, and core processing areas to resolve client inquiries.
Develop a thorough understanding of company policies and departmental procedures.
Requirements:
Experience with derivatives and collateral.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Up-to-date market knowledge on clearing and settlement developments.
Analytical problem-solving skills with a proven track record.
Self-starter, well-organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to engage with global peers and adopt best practices.
Understanding of collateral governance and control environments.
Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders across various business areas.
Attention to detail and high-quality output.
Willingness to improve processes through information technology (IT) and re-engineering.
Strong background in implementing and maintaining business controls.

Pay: $39.00-40.00/hr
