What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation Consultant position at LHH Recruitment Solutions?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compensation professional to join a team on a contract to hire basis. This role is critical in ensuring our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain salary structures and ranges for various roles within the organization. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Manage the annual merit increase process, including the development of merit guidelines, communication with managers, and ensuring accurate and timely implementation of merit increases.
Design and implement compensation plans, including base pay, incentives, and other reward programs. Ensure plans are aligned with business goals and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Analyze and provide recommendations for relocation packages for new hires and internal transfers. Ensure packages are competitive and align with company policies.
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and graphs, to analyze compensation data, create reports, and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and graph creation.
Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $31.00 per hour
